FAQ
What is the difference between a camp and clinic?
Camps are longer in duration and will go into a deep dive of each position/skill. These are perfect for athletes really looking to hone their skills and polish their position. Clinics on the other hand are recurring weekly and are designed for reps. Each clinic will have a different emphasis within that skillset/position. Either way, both programs are complimentary and will enhance your athletes success as a volleyball player.
Do I need to attend every camp/clinic?
You are not required to attend every class, however those that commit to our training schedule and stay disciplined in their efforts see the biggest gains during the offseason.
How do I make a club team at Power?
The goal of our offseason programs is to increase each athletes volleyball IQ as well as their skillset as they head into tryout season for club and school ball.
Many of our athletes that make our club teams are those that attend our camps, clinics, and evaluations during the offseason.
While we cannot officially offer you a spot on a specific team until July 9, we can certainly share our interest in you as well as provide feedback on your athletes progress and development. This is done by attending our events and speaking with your age specific coach or club directors.
ages 10-12’s (incoming 4th-6th grade)
These will be 3 day, 6 hour camps focused on each skill and position. We will train various aspects of the position and teach proper technique while providing strong mental training necessary to succeed in the position/skill.

Power Volleyball follows the North Texas Region rules for selecting athletes for teams. Official offers will be sent via the Online Commitment System (OCS) on the Acceptance Date. Official offers may be any time on or after the Acceptance Date.
