2018 Vertical Training Program

Intense vertical training in the sand designed to improve vertical jump with focus on explosive movements, stability, balance, strength and conditioning.

 

Session 1: 4 Workouts

May: 12, 19, 26 and June 2nd
Saturday mornings (8-9:00 am) **updated times**
$20 per session or $75 for 4 weeks

Once a week for 4 weeks
Adults and kids are welcome

 

Session 2: 8 workouts

June: 6, 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30th
Wednesday and Saturday mornings (8-9:00 am) **updated times**
$20 per session or $150 for 4 weeks
