Beginners Academy (1st- 6th Grade)
Our beginner academy is designed for our younger athletes in 1st-6th grade, both boys and girls and is meant to be an athlete’s first introduction to volleyball. The program focuses on motor skill development and teaches the fundamentals in a fun, high-energy, positive environment. This program is perfect for our younger athletes who want to experience volleyball for the first time.
Beginner: This class is designed for our athletes with little to no experience with volleyball. We will focus on skill development and proper technique. The emphasis of the class is to help our athletes gain a great understanding and confidence in each of the significant skills (Setting, Passing, Hitting, and Serving)
Fall II: September 24- October 29, 2024
Fall II September 25- October 30, 2024
Club Prep Academy (4th-6th Grade)
Athletes must have at least 1-2 years of volleyball experience and a grasp of basic volleyball concepts and skills. This class will be faster-paced and focus on training like our club teams. The idea is to get as many quality reps as possible while challenging our kids with dynamic drills.
For our Fall session, we will be offering two different class days (Tuesday/Wednesday).

MS/HS Training Academy (7th-12th Grade)
This program is designed for our athletes in the 7th-12th grade; we will train on a women’s height net and use full-size volleyballs. Our athletes will learn how to pass, serve, set, and hit throughout the program. We will also teach and explain the rules and strategies of the game. But most importantly, we promise a fun experience playing volleyball! We offer multiple options for kids to participate year-round. This is a perfect program to help our athletes prepare for club and middle and high school volleyball tryouts.
For our Fall session, we will be offering two different class days (Tuesday/Wednesday).
