Power Training Academy

Training the mind, body and heart to work as one

Our academy is designed to help all athletes develop and improve upon their technique, skills, volleyball IQ and love for the game to eventually join one of our national or regional club teams.

Club Prep Academy (3rd-6th Grade)

This class will be focus on training like our club teams. The idea is to get as many quality reps as possible while challenging our kids with dynamic drills.

MS/HS Training Academy (7th-12th Grade)

This program is designed for our athletes in the 7th-12th grade; we will train on a women’s height net and use full-size volleyballs. Our athletes will learn how to pass, serve, set, and hit throughout the program. We will also teach and explain the rules and strategies of the game. But most importantly, we promise a fun experience playing volleyball! We offer multiple options for kids to participate year-round. This is a perfect program to help our athletes prepare for club and middle and high school volleyball tryouts.
